Everyday seems to be a new broken record for disaster and pain. As Asian Americans, it seems like all we can do is watch the media reports as they get increasingly more grim, instilling in us paralyzing worry and fear. But the media often forgets to honor the work of past and present communities in their work to survive. As a result, we overlook visions of what a better world can be. This workshop aims to educate about the work indigenous people do for climate justice, helping to empower young Asian Americans in their fight to protect our Earth.
